International Shipping, Return and Cancellation Policy

Shipping Policy


  • Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 8-10 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Due to the current surge in orders there might be a slight delay in dispatching your orders.

  • Shipping Charges are applicable on all products, subject to a order value and it's Volumatric weight.

  • The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled before dispatch or lost in transit by us.

  • We ship orders PAN India via couriers like Shiprocket , Kerry Indev express, Xpressbees , Delhivery, Shadowfax, E-comm express, DTDC, India Post & Bluedart. All orders are shipped on surface transport basis.

  • For International orders, we use few of the above shipping agencies. Kindly reach out to us on whatsapp or email us before placing an international order to avoid any post order hassle.

Custom Charges


  • Custom Duties/ Charges payable which is beyond the control of the seller if applicable at the delivery source will have to be borne by the customer which is over and above the total payment made for the purchase.

Return Policy


  • WE CANNOT ARRANGE A RETURN PICKUP FOR YOU.

  • Failing to pay the custom duty the product will be returned back to our warehouse and such orders will not be eligible for any refunds.

  • The to and fro courier cost will be borne by you. In case of refunds, we shall refund the total amount paid for the products and not shipping if any.

  • For exchange we shall provide you with a unique code once we receive the order back at our studio. We shall only provide the value paid for the product returned and not any shipping if applicable. This process can take up to 3-5 days upon receiving your order back at our studio.

  • Kindly allow 7 days from the delivery date for the returns to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.

  • Please return your products unused in the same condition as you received it. If the products are found to be used or damaged we will not be able to refund your money or help you with exchange.

  • Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Cancellation Policy


  • We usually ship all our orders within 48 hours upon receiving the order. You can contact us to cancel the order till the time it is not dispatched. exporthouse70.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Please Note


  • All shipments will be processed primarily on Pincode. Incorrect pincode will result in the shipment returned to us and customer will have to bear shipping additional cost.

  • There might be a slight variation in the shade of the actual product and the image shown on the screen, due to different screen resolutions.
