    Export House offers Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2001* within India. Below 2001* it would be flat 150 rs. (*Excluding Curtain and Wholesale orders)

    Dispatch Time : A Order may take upto 48-72 hours to Dispatch, if it takes more than that Team Export house will contact you on your shared contact number while placing the order and inform you for the same.

    Dispatch time of Curtains : A Curtain order will only be dispatched within 24-48 hours after it’s production, Production time of a curtain will be notified to you when you place the order.

    Delivery Time : A Parcel may take 8-10 Business Days to Deliver. Yet Delivery time solely depends on our courier partner. We do partner only with courier partners who provide live tracking for all the shipped out orders.

    You can login to your account on our website and track the order status. Once shipped, you will receive an email, WhatsApp Message or Text Message with the tracking id that can be used on the courier service provider’s website to track shipment.

    We accept Modification in order as long as the order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel/modify it.

    For modification, please contact Customer Care prior to the dispatch of your order. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request. Cancellation of custom orders will not be entertained.
