Not happy as i havent received my parcel

Hi team,
I have ordered a few items from you for which i have already paid for. The delivery partner has not delivered the package yet inspite of me raising multiple tickets and issue raised with call center as well. Their reason for not delivering is " address correct, but person not found" or "person not reachable". I have not recived a single phone call inspite of me mentioning multiple times that no-one has reached out to me in case the delivery person has some confusion regarding my address.
Today I had called customer care for DTDC and asked them to provide me with the delivery agent contact number so that I could call him instead, however they denied saying it is system generated and they will contact me.
Can you please look into this matter urgently.
Or please look to refund my money as I am not able to get the parcel.

I have attached screenshots of email correspondence as well as text message received.
